Where cannons once thundered and fortunes rose and fell, Lexington, Missouri keeps her secrets close. Shadows move in forgotten corners, proving the past is never truly dead.
Lexington Tourism Board and Chamber of Commerce are sponsoring a weekend full of spooky activities based around the presence of the paranormal here in Lexington. Join us for trolley tours that go around the most haunted spots in Lexington, where noted paranormal investigator Patrick Keller will be narrating a guided tour of the ghosts of the past. Then come back to hear from the ghosts of today through noted empath Bella Luna, who will escort guests to three different locations to commune with the spirits there. We will also be hosting a Halloween parade with costumes and Trunk-or-Treating for the little ones. And finally come to our traditional haunted cemetery tours in Machpelah hosted by the Lexington Historical Museum on Saturday to hear the stories of Lexington's ancestors. Vendors will be available both Friday and Saturday at the Lex Auditorium.

Bella Luna is a sensitive empath who has the ability to see, hear, and communicate  with spirits.  She is also a paranormal investigator. 
Patrick Keller is a retired educator, speaker, podcast producer/editor, and since 2014 has produced and hosted the Big Séance Podcast, which is a forum for “paranerds” to have an open dialogue about all things paranormal. He has been a featured podcaster on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory. Some of Patrick's notable guests have included Chip Coffey, Loyd Auerbach, Amy Bruni, Adam Berry, Rosemary Ellen Guiley, Troy Taylor, Guy Lyon Playfair, Karen A. Dahlman, and one of the world’s most investigated and celebrated mystifiers, Uri Geller.

Patrick founded the Missouri Spirit Seekers, a currently inactive paranormal investigation team, and he has spent a lot of time experimenting with spirit communication tools and techniques, such as EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena). One of Patrick’s passions is cemetery photography, and spending hours at a time capturing the natural beauty of the cycle of life and death in a place typically stricken with grief.

Patrick was born and raised in Lexington, graduating from LHS in 1997, and he currently resides in Wentzville, Missouri with his husband. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from the Conservatory of Music at the University of Missouri – Kansas City and a Master's Degree in Music Education from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.

October 24, 2025
Friday Night Events
  • Trolley tour (guided with Patrick Keller) (tickets required) at 6pm, 7pm, and 8pm. Tickets are $20. Meet at the Lex Auditorium.
  • The 8pm trolley tour will conclude with a Seance conducted at a private residence. Tickets for this tour are $40.  
  • Vendors will be active from 3pm to 9pm at the Lex Auditorium. 

October 25, 2025
Saturday Events
  • Paranormal investigation with empath Bella Luna at 1pm. Meet at the Lex Auditorium. Tickets are $15. 
  • Halloween Costume Parade at 4pm. Assemble at Franklin and 13th Street downtown. The parade route will go through Main Street in front of the courthouse. 
  • Trunk-or-Treat events will be held around town at various locations starting at 5pm. 
  • Machpelah Haunted Cemetery Tours will be offered every 15 minutes starting at 6pm and running until 9. Tickets are $15 available at the gate (and in advance). 
  • Vendors will be active from 3pm to 9pm at the Lex Auditorium.
